BIRTHDAY PARTIES
We run Birthday parties all year round in Nottingham and the surrounding areas. We run our parties in green spaces and have our favourite locations to recommend but we are happy to discuss private gardens or other options in the surrounding areas.
Our favourite venue: Rushcliffe County Park, NG11 6JS - A huge green space with woodland & toilet facilities, plus we can book this space for you!

WHAT WE OFFER:
- 1.5 hours of games & activities of your chosen theme
- Special Patch for the birthday child
- A birthday moment (Sparklers, Song & Group Picture)
- Once we've finished the 1.5 hours of activity we hand the kids back to you for cake & food at the end before the kids are collected.
- Age Range: 5 - 11 years
HOW MUCH IS IT?
£200 for up to 15 Children
£300 for up to 30 children
£50 deposit is required at time of booking. Final balance due one week before the event
ACTIVITY THEMES:
Harry Potter – Wand Crafting – whittle your very own enchanted wand & play magical wizard games!
Minecraft vs Wildcraft – Collect your elements, build and maintain your village, earn reward pixels and protect your land and villagers. Watch out for the Creeper!
Nerf – NERF Action! Capture the flag, Search & Destroy & Base defending style games. Great fun for Nerf enthusiasts!
Enchanted Forest - Create your own mini magical forest creature from clay, a magic fairy door to open the portal to the magical forest and play lots of fun woodland games with our special guest Starlight the naughty unicorn.
Among Us - Based on the popular video game - hone skills in deception, mystery, & intrigue...Join us for an outdoor adaptation of Among Us, as you work out who the imposter is & create your very own character to take home.
Bushcraft – Toast tasty marshmallows & either build a survival shelter OR Master your fire lighting skills! (We’ll tailor this based on age group / requests)
WILL YOU REALLY BE OUTDOORS ALL THE TIME? DEFINITELY! - WHAT TO WEAR/BRING
Please make sure you have suitable clothing and footwear for the time outside. Hats, coats, gloves, waterproof trousers for colder months and sun cream & sunhats for summer months.
Suitable Footwear – Depending on the season, we will be active and getting muddy!! Wellies or waterproof boots are advisable for Autumn & Winter and trainers for Spring & Summer (no flipflops).
A water bottle can be useful.
WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS?
The Outdoors Project instructors are fully trained, and all have DBS checks, First Aid training and lots of experience with children in the outdoors! They’re energetic, enthusiastic, caring and engaging with a focus on keeping the kids entertained, with the main focus on FUN!
